Receiving An Order
Your order will be delivered during business hours (8am – 6pm, Monday – Friday).
Orders received and/or processed after that time will be processed the following business day. Business days are Monday - Friday. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and may include a 3 working days period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse.
During Sale and busy times this period may be extended to 14 days due to the volume of orders.

Please handle your garments with love and care.
For most products we recommend a warm hand wash; some pieces specify dry clean only.
Do not leave garments to soak and do not wring,
rub or spin dry your items; dry flat. Do not iron.
Do not put bras in the washing machine or in the dryer.
Every underwire bra has a protective rubber tip; this protects the garment and your skin from being exposed to the sharp edge of the wire.
Machine washing underwire bras causes the rubber tip and the fabric to wear, which can eventually expose the wire.
The cups of padded and pre-moulded bras can also be damaged by washing machines and dryers.
Hand wash in warm water, avoid chemical products, sun tan oils and detergents.
Do not rub, do not soak and do not wring the item.
Dry garments in the shade, away from heat.
Please note that the fabric color can be damaged in chlorinated water.
Do not put any silk garments in the washing machine or dryer as this may damage the fabric.
Keep it away from any substance that could leave an indelible mark: water, which leaves traces or blisters when it dries; alcohol (perfume), greasy products or ink.
Avoid contact with abrasive surfaces, dyes or bleaches.
